Christine begins the DVD with pranayama, opening with three rounds of kapalabhati breathing followed by three full rounds of sun salutations.

The final round includes the pigeon pose, in which Christine shows an optional modification with a block.

She also demonstrates the additional postures of the runner’s stretch, the crescent moon pose, the 3-legged dog pose, and a twisting high lunge.

The DVD menu can be customized to allow the practitioner to play the entire DVD or just segments of it. There is also an option to listen to the music track or turn it off plus it contains multilingual instruction in English or German.
